Tung Ling Bible School was established in Singapore in 1979 as a "School of the Spirit" in line with the Charismatic Renewal in Singapore and Malaysia in the 1970's era.
It was later renamed Tung Ling Bible College as the school expanded and offered degree courses.
"Tung Ling" means Eastern Mountain.
Tung Ling's vision is for the anointing of God to fall on all its students and staff so that revival and renewal will spread from the east.In 1999, Tung Ling Bible College, Singapore celebrated her 20th anniversary. More than 5000 students from all over 29 countries have benefited from Tung Ling Bible College.
In 1993, Tung Ling Seminary Malaysia, was established to meet the growing needs of churches in Malaysia.
Tung Ling Seminary is inter-denominational in character and maintains a strong emphasis of the Word of God and the present working of the Holy Spirit. Its emphasis is to train and release men and women to the ministry field with a combination of sound theological teaching and "on job training", in an environment where men and women are mentored simultaneously.
Our vision is to train, mentor and send workers to the harvest fields of Asia and beyond.
